The unprecedented snow on the Côte d'Azur - and indeed in most of France - still seems to be making headlines.

Road conditions are still treacherous on the Autoroute du Soleil (A8) that runs along the Mediterranean coast. The motorway was closed for several hours last week, but has now re-opened. It is expected, however, to take some time until the traffic conditions return to normal.
